I’ve had many people come to see me looking for tools and solutions to reduce stress and live a simpler life. That’s why I create a 6 week program to jump start your stress relief efforts and help you handle life in any situation. My desire to help a select group of people in a special 6 week one-on-one program where I will feature a step-by-step program to get stress under control, and also manage it on an ongoing basis.
Consider it a makeover for your mind. Learn to shift your thoughts, be mindful in the moment, and recognize stress the moment it happens. When you can stay calm, you will not only CHANGE the way you respond, you’ll change the way others respond to YOU.
This program provides:
6 sessions, approximately 90 minutes in length. Each session will include a discussion, a relaxation yoga routine and a thoroughly relaxing Thai massage sequence. You will leave each session in a state of complete relaxation. These sessions are best booked weekly, but can be structured to accommodate your schedule over a longer period of time if desired.
If you’d like to join me, you’ll receive $10.00 off the regular cost of each session. In addition to our in-person sessions, you’ll also receive regular emails with tips and ideas to support you every step of the way. Total cost is $444+hst for six 90 minute sessions.
You will receive:
- A customized coaching program designed to target the area of your life that is causing you chronic stress
- Techniques to prioritize, focus and clarify the real issue(s) at hand
- Proven methods for:
-dealing with negative thoughts and anxiety
-responding to stressful situations without reacting
- A take-home, self-care program for you to continue with after your program is complete that you can implement into your daily routine in as little as 10 minutes per day!

Also, there’s no risk, if you decide after your first session that it’s not for you, I’ll refund the remaining sessions…no questions asked.

Nadia is a mother, step-mother, wife, business owner and former chronic stress-case.
